DIY Tattoo

 So, I did the TikTok DIY tattoo thing.

It is definitely harder than they make it look. Especially when you are hiding it from your parents.

I have to thank my sister for helping me because I would have failed without her.

Anyways, the first thing I did was research. I watched a video of a girl who did this to her friend and she said body spray and hot water.

So I went and printed these two photos

The top one was my favourite and I did that one first - I don’t know why I did that because the second one came out better. 

So I cut them into smaller pieces.

Then I sprayed the rose. I filled up the sink with hot water and left it in for 3 minutes. Then I wasn’t sure if it was meant to be 3 minutes so I looked at the video and she said to only dip it in.

I was a little annoyed at myself but I carried on.

Then I put it on my arm and sprayed the paper with the body spray.

I got a tea towel and pressed down. I was impatient and I think I should have held it down on my arm a lot longer than I did but anyways.

I slowly peeled it off and it came out like this…

I think if I had done it properly it would have actually been nice buuuut oh well.

The second one came out like this…

Ok so tissue got stuck to it and if I rubbed it off the tattoo would’ve come off. 

Oh, I forgot to say that the checkers came out. That was really stupid and imagine I was like oooooh checkers that means there will be no background and then I didn’t notice that it would come out until I put it on my arm. But that one is definitely the best one.

Also, it is really messy but I expected that from me really. I think I will do another one. But it will be nicer than the ones that I have done.
